At Catalyst Management Solutions we provide nothing but the best. Combined, we have over 20 years of active duty service time and over 25 years supporting Department of Defense customers. Our team is focused on quality, not quantity. This allows our self-driven versatile professionals with experience in logistics operations, program management, lean principals, supply chain, quality management, and both military/commercial aviation to focus solely on our customers.
Our group demonstrates the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex projects and organizational changes that result in continuous process improvements while achieving business goals. It's our mission to leverage internal partnerships while driving productivity, creativity, and ownership. We possess a strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships. We are all skilled in identifying process gaps and implementing strategic solutions for improvement.
